3.3 Membership for Minors

Our Yuva Forum serves members aged 15 to 25. For members under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required for membership and use of our services. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their minor children’s use of our Website and services.

As a member of the JSGIF community, you agree to use our Website and services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with Jain values and principles. You agree NOT to:

• Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Website
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personal information about other users without their explicit consent
• Misuse member information or contact details for purposes other than legitimate community engagement

• Engage in spamming, flooding, or any form of harassment of other members
